01 Scope

This policy covers the current single-player features of Doudizhu and this privacy policy webpage. “We” refers to the app’s development and maintenance team, which you can contact at the support email below.

The game does not offer account registration, online matchmaking, or cloud saves. The current version does not integrate advertising, user behavior analytics, or third-party crash reporting SDKs. AI decisions and move suggestions run locally on your device; your cards and matches are not sent to a cloud AI service.

02 Local game data

To provide its features, the app saves the following in its own local storage:

• Player nickname: an automatically generated nickname or one you choose, displayed in the game.
• Saved matches: the current match, play history, results, and other game state needed to resume and review a match.
• Difficulty records: records related to game performance and difficulty adjustment, used for local adaptive difficulty.
• Preferences: music and voice settings, volume levels, and voice character selections.

The app does not actively upload this data to our servers. Please avoid including your real name, phone number, or other sensitive information in your nickname.

03 Network access & permissions

Single-player matches work without an internet connection. The app uses internet permission to load the online privacy policy. A loading failure does not prevent you from playing offline.

The current version does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location, phone, or shared storage. Game voices are audio files included with the app. Playing these files does not require recording permission, and the app does not record your voice.

When the app loads this policy or you visit this page in a browser, hosting and network providers receive network data needed to handle the request, such as your IP address, request time, requested path, and client information. They may process this data for delivery, security, and troubleshooting. This webpage does not set application cookies or use browser local storage, and it includes no advertising, analytics scripts, remote fonts, or third-party images.

04 Third-party services & sharing

This policy page is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare. Its infrastructure may process requests in different countries or regions. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy for information about its processing of network data.

If you choose to email support, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments. We use this information only to respond to your question and handle your feedback. Please provide only what is needed to resolve the issue.

If you choose to join the Discord community, Discord processes your account information and messages under its own policies. See the Discord Privacy Policy. Using email or community services is your choice.

We do not sell or rent your personal information or use local game data for advertising profiles. We do not disclose support information you provide to unrelated third parties, except as necessary to deliver support you request, meet applicable legal obligations, or protect legitimate rights and interests.

05 Storage, security & your choices

Local game data usually remains in the app’s storage until it is overwritten, you clear the app’s data, or you uninstall the app. System backups and device transfers may depend on your device and system settings. Use the relevant system controls to manage backup copies.

• View and edit: review matches, change your nickname, and adjust audio settings in the game.
• Delete local data: on Android, clear the app’s data under Settings → Apps → Doudizhu → Storage, or uninstall the app. Menu names vary by device. This removes local progress and preferences.
• Manage support information: email support to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided by email. We will handle your request after verifying it, except where retention is legally required.

Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve issues, conduct necessary follow-up, and meet applicable obligations, then deleted or anonymized. We take reasonable steps to restrict access to information, but no storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

06 Children’s privacy

Minors should read this policy and use the app with guidance from a parent or guardian. Single-player features do not require a name, age, contact details, or other identity information. If a guardian believes a minor has provided personal information through support channels that should not be retained, please contact us at the support email below.

07 Policy updates

We will update this policy when game features or data handling practices change, and revise the date at the top of this page. For material changes involving personal information, we will provide notice as required and obtain consent where necessary.
